Go Hiking – of course!
Snow Canyon State Park & the surrounding area are world-famous for hiking. There are lots of trails to choose from, whether you’re looking for a short & easy hike or the more challenging adventurous hike – there’s something for you! Cool off and go swimming!
With summer temperatures rising well above 100 degrees here in Southern Utah – you’ve got to keep cool! The best way to do that is swimming. You can go swimming at local lakes & reservoirs like Gunlock Reservoir or Fire Lake Park. You can also go swimming at local pools & resorts. Some of the best pools in the area are the Sego Lily Springs Pool, Arcadia Pool & Lazy River, and Sand Hollow Aquatic Center.
Play Pickleball!
Pickleball is BIG in Southern Utah. There are lots of local courts available to the public – mostly found at local parks throughout Ivins, Santa Clara, and St. George.
